Graduates of the Coaching Education Department are qualified to work as coaches or assistant coaches in amateur and professional sports clubs, provincial and district organizations of the General Directorate of Youth and Sports, and schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. Additionally, they can assume roles in teaching and organizing sporting activities in private sports centers and within the tourism sector.

The program aims to train sports scientist-coaches who:

• Possess a high level of awareness regarding the sports policies of the Republic of Türkiye and their responsibilities for raising healthy young generations as specified in the constitution.
• Work innovatively and systematically in their field, guided by scientific methods and evidence-based information.
• Are committed to professional ethics and moral values, possess high awareness of child protection and human behavior, and have mastery over coaching pedagogy.
• Possess the skills to access current information, analyze information, and perform synthesis for field-oriented utilization.
• Have a high level of fundamental knowledge regarding human structural, psychological, and social development and understand the physiological effects of field-specific applications.
• Are knowledgeable about all dynamics in their field of study and have a high awareness of social and effective communication.
• Recognize all field-specific technological methods and benefit from technology-based information in their professional practice.
• Are familiar with the methods for accessing field-oriented scientific research related to their profession and are aware of the importance of participating in scientifically based meetings to remain up-to-date.
